An Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has upheld the victory of the Bayelsa State Governor-elect, Chief David Lyon, at the September 4 primaries of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state which urshered Lyon as the governorship candidate for the party in the 2019 guber election.
