The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Hon Mike Ukoha as the winner of Saturdays State House of Assembly Rerun for Arochukwu State Constituency.
Hon Ukoha defeated Prince Eric Aso Kalu to be returned elected as the lawmaker Representing Arochukwu State Constituency.
