The Independent National Electoral Commission on Wednesday issued Certificate of Return to Dr Mike Ukoha and Hon Obinna Ichita,reelected Lawmakers of the Abia State House of Assembly.
It will be recalled that Election Tribunal and Appeal Court had in 2019 Nullified the election of the two Lawmakers elected on the Platform of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a Fresh Election in the two State Constituencies.
Hon Obinna Ichita was declared the winner of the Rerun election for Aba South State Constituency while Hon Mike Ukoha was returned elected for Arochukwu State Constituency.
