The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu has approved the appointment of Dr. Philip Nto, PROVOST, Abia State College of Education (Technical) Arochukwu, for the second term in office of 4 years, effective 2nd day of March, 2020.
This appointment takes immediate effect.
