The Abia state Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has distributed palliative items to tertiary institutions in the state.
Represented by the Secretary to the state government and Chairman of the Abia State Inter Ministerial Committee on Covid-19, Barr. Chris Ezem advised the students to complement Government’s efforts to the fight against COVID-19 pandemic by adhering strictly to the precautionary measure put in place.
Tertiary institutions affected include Abia State Polytechnic, Aba; Abia State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology, Aba; Abia State College of Education (Technical), Arochukwu; School of Nursing, Aba, Amachara and FMC Umuahia; School of Midwifery, Aba, FMC and Abiriba; Abia State Universty, Uturu; Michael Okpara University, Umudike; School of midwifery Aba; School of midwifery Amachara and school of nursing FMC Umuahia.
