A Federal High Court in Benin City on Monday granted a restraining order barring Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from conducting any mode of primary in Edo state.
This is pending the substantive suit which kicks of on June 11 2020.
By the ruling, the governorship primaries of the APC in Edo state slated for June 22 may be put on hold.
