A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has dissolved the caretaker committee of Rivers All Progressive Congress upholding Igo Aguma as Rivers State APC Chairman.
Recall the case which was brought by a chieftain of the party, Igo Aguma challenging the legality of the caretaker committee set up by the national leadership of the party to manage the affairs of the party in the state pending the inauguration of substantive state executives.
