A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has rejected the attempt to restrained Edo Governor, Godwin Obaseki from participating in the forthcoming PDP primary election.
Justice E. A Obile rejected the request by Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, to issue an interim order stopping Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, from participating in the PDP Primary
You may recall yesterday Monday a fellow aspirant has gone to the court to restrain the governor from participating.
The aspirant, Ogbeide-Ihama said the governor did not purchase PDP form or undergo screening within the time-table schedule.
