In a release, signed by the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Party in the State,Hon Chief P.C Onyegbu and jointly signed by the acting Publicity Secretary of the Party,Chief Mrs Love Ezema,Mni names the statutory delegates to include;

*Former Governors and Deputies who are still members of the Party
*The Speaker and Members of the State House of Assembly of the PDP.
*Former National Assembly Members who are still members of the Party.
*Former House of Assembly Members who are still members of the Party.
*Former LGA Executive Chairmen who are still members of the Party.
*The State Executive Committee of the Party
*The State Working Committee of the Party
*LGA PDP Party Chairmen
*Former State Working Committee Committee Members of the Party.
*Former LGA PDP Party Chairmen who are still members of the Party.
*The 17 LGA Executives of the Party in the State
