GOVERNMENT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has approved the appointment of Otuonye Anthony O. as the new General Manager of Abia State Signage and Advertisement Agency (ABSAA).
This appointment is with immediate effect.
