Dear Agbazuere (PhD)

I hope this meets You well Sir?

Sir, This Letter would have arrived earlier than this but I thought it wise to give you some time to Snap out of Whatever Shock your Well Publicized Suspension must have caused and of Course Assimilate Properly the Unbridled Joy Your RECALL had brought along too.

Without Much Ado , let’s go Straight to Business

Dear Dr Agbazuere, Now that You are back, I want to specially Thank You on Behalf of Ndi Abia on the Unwavering Support System you have come to be for our Hard Working “Kinetic” Governor, His Excellency, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
As a Full Fledged Aba Boy, I have never seen Enyimba City this Bright in my many decades in Aba, So I must not fail to thank His Excellency for putting a Smile on Our faces with The Construction of very Strategic roads in Aba.

Without Much Adulation, and dilly dally , Dear Dr Agbazuere, You must agree with me that if not for President Harris Truman of United States who got so impressed with the works ethics of his Personal Administration Staff, John R Steelman in 1946 and decided to name him the Chief of His Staff in a clear Adoption of Military Practice, Maybe Just Maybe, No One would be talking about You as a Chief of Staff to His Excellency today.
Dear Sir, Now that You are back , No Gain Saying You must have learnt some lessons following your Suspension and Subsequent Recall, This is Evident in How Quiet you appear these days.
Even Your so called “Media Boys” who were actually the Hands of Esau in The Defamed act that led to Your Suspension appear to have also received some “Sense”.

But Receiving some Sense is not enough in avoiding a repeat Situation, So as your Fan and Fellow Abian, I wish to help you out by Highlighting the Functions of A Chief Of Staff as Enumerated by Tyler Parris, the author of “CHIEF OF STAFF”. According to him the responsibilities of a “GOOD “ Chief Of Staff include the Following;

“The Chief Of Staff generally works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to the chief executive.
Often chief of staff act as a confidant and “ADVISOR” to the chief executive, acting as a “SOUNDING” board for ideas”.

Suffice to say that a Chief Of Staff is Primarily a Senior Special Adviser and and A Special Assistant to the Governor, President or whatever Executive Officer they Serve.
I know You must at this Point admit that this is Where You missed the Point!
As you rather began to see yourself as the Chief Executive Officer instead of a Mere Assistant and Advisor!!
You remember the Number One Golden Rule, I am sure You do!!
“NEVER OUTSHINE YOUR MASTER”
I need not remind you this again because I am sure you must have learnt the Hard Way!!

Dear
Dr Agbazuere, We love You but seemingly Not Pleased with Your Style of Service to the Governor!
Sir Do you remember you almost took over the Responsibilities of the Governor, The Deputy Governor, The Chief Press Secretary, The SSG etc
Dear Dr Agbazuere , Now that You are back I am sure You won’t do such again.

Then again Sir before I drop this my pen in the basket of Love where I picked it from, I have also discovered your penchant for Threatening Ndi Abia on Facebook recently, Sir want you to desist from such , Be it Oppositions or Dissenting Voices! Yes Sir because You don’t expect Everyone to like You because You are Not Money Sir!! Even if You are money , A dollar note is to be loved more than a Cefa note!!
I am sure You get the Point Now Sir!!
Sir I am sure I have been able to drive home this very Few Points of Mine and I encourage you to maintain this low Level of Profile, Quit issuing Press Releases and Remain The Effective Behind The Scenes Support System to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu which exactly what President Olusegun Obasanjo had in Mind in 1999 when he copied this American Model and made Abdullahi Mohammed the First Ever Chief Of Staff in Nigeria.

Thank You Sir For taking Time to Go through This My almost Lengthy Letter Laced with Love and Appeal.

Yours Truly Abian,
Machi Igwe.
