GOVERNMENT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
In order to keep track of legitimate keke operators in Abia State, Government by this notice directs all keke operators in the State to immediately register and validate their membership within 48 hours from this announcement with either Tricycle Owners Association of Nigeria (TOAN), Abia State Chapter or Allied Tricycle Riders Integrated Welfare Association (ATRIWA) who are government accredited and organized keke transport groups in Abia State.
Consequently, Government directs the Ministry of Transport and all security agencies to ensure strict compliance to this directive as defaulters will face the full weight of the law.
