Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi has declared his intention to run for the President of Nigeria by 2023.
He made this declaration during the Rivers APC thanksgiving at Port Harcourt.
He said, I stand before you today to declare my intention and submit my application to serve as your next President.
