Ms. Ibim Semenitari, a former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State.
An inside source revealed that she informed the former Minister of Transportation and Leader of the Party in the state, Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, of her decision to quit the party.
