The member representing Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency Hon Darlington Nwokocha has dragged the Independent National electoral Commission (INEC) to court for refusing to Publish his name as the candidate of the labour party for Abia Central Senatorial District.
While INEC had confirmed that Labour Party submitted no candidate for Abia Central Senatorial District, Hon Darlington Nwokocha said he won the Primaries of labor Party held on the 8th of June 2022.
