The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) on Tuesday signed the 2023 Appropriation Bill passed by the National Assembly in December.
The National Assembly had increased the budget spending by N1.33 trillion from the proposed N20.51 trillion to N21.83 trillion.
This is the last budget Buhari will be signing as Nigeria’s president.
