Arsenal have contacted Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante about a potential switch across London in the summer, according to Le Parisien.
Kante joined the Blues from Leicester City and is currently locked in talks with the club over a contract renewal.
His current deal at Stamford Bridge expires this June.
Amidst the uncertainty, teams like Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have shown an interest in the 32-year-old.
Kante recently returned to action for Chelsea after a long spell on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury.
It is believed Arsenal have been interested in Kante since January.
During that window, they opted for his team-mate in the midfield, Jorginho, swooping for the Italy international in a £12 million move partially impacted by Kante’s lack of fitness at the time.
