Rivers State Governor Nyesom on Tuesday declared May 3 as public holiday in Rivers State for President elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu
The Governor also ordered the closure of shops, urges Rivers people to come out en mass to receive President elect, Bola Tinubu.
Tinubu is expected in Rivers on Wednesday to commission the 12th Flyover built by Governor Nyesom Wike
