The Lawmaker elected on the platform of Labor Party for Isiukwuato Umunneochi Federal Constituency Mr Amobi Ogah has petition the President of the Court of Appeal seeking the transfer of his case form the current election petition tribunal panel handling the Umunneochi/Isiukwuato Federal Constituency case.
He accused the Lawmaker representing Isiukwuato Umunneochi Federal Constituency Hon Nkeiruka Onyejeocha of compromising the judges to rule in her favor.
