The new Commissioner of Police in Abia State CP Kene Onwuemelie has reopened all closed ends of Bende road, Umuahia to free flow of traffic after three years.
You will recall that the Police had closed the front of Central Police Station, Police Clinic and the Police Headquarters way forcing commuters to only ply one way while driving on the road due the activities of unknown gunmen then.
As at this morning, all the barricades on the road has been removed for free flow of traffic.
