Kanu Chidera Vincent and Ohaebulam Maryann ,two Optometry Students of the Abia State University Uturu who were kidnapped while coming back from lectures on Thursday has been released, PUO Reports can confirm.
Their kidnappers had demanded for 50 Million from their families, however it was not clear if ransom was paid before their release.
President of the National Optometry Students Association in Abia State University Comr. Awazie Ifeanyi Emmanuel confirmed their release this morning to our correspondent.
