Cole Palmer, Manchester City’s attacking midfielder, has completed his move to Chelsea.
The Blues have announced the signing of the youngster in a £45 million deal.
At the age of eight, Palmer joined Manchester City and has now left after 13 years at the club.
Both clubs agreed on a £40m upfront payment, plus a possible £5m in add-ons.
He is the 16th signing for the Blues under Todd Boehly.
Chelsea has now spent more than £1 billion since Todd Boehly bought the club in May 2022.
