On Friday the Plateau State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Jos, the state capital, has dismissed the petition of the All Progressives Congress (APC) against the election of Governor Caleb Mutfwang of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Tribunal held that on 25th September, 2023 the PDP held a valid congress in Plateau State.
The Tribunal also held that the issue of nomination and sponsorship of a candidate is a pre-election matter.
