Barely four Months in Office, Abia State Governor Dr Alex Otti has moved against his Deputy Engr Ikechukwu Emetu, PUO REPORTS can authoritatively confirm.
The secret cold war between the Governor and his Deputy came to bare when the Governor accused his Deputy of appointing Mr Chukwudi Eke Mba “a PDP man” as his Chief Press Secretary .
Mr Mba who is a close relation of the Deputy Governor from OHAFIA worked closely with him before, during and after the General election which necessitated his appointment as Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor.
Governor Alex Otti has directed his Deputy to immediately sack his Chief Press Secretary without delay, accusing him of being a PDP member.
The Governor went further to approve the appointment of one Authority Michael Ukapi as a Senior Special Assistant on Media to his Deputy.
