I, therefore, voted and went straight to my house”
“INEC, through her adhoc staff, aided my opponents to write several polling units results with fake result sheets to rig the elections and overturn my lead and victory. Polling units result sheets were customized to the effect that each polling unit had its own result sheets only meant for that polling unit, yet the tribunal which was supposed to dispose justice could not also cancel those fake results on the fake results sheets”
“I have read the judgment in Akobundu vs. Darlington which is a very lucid, well considered judgment and the correct position of the law. These same issues and authorities were what the Court relied on in allowing the Appeal.Being the same Panel and the judgment having come first, it became a precedent and binding on the Panel to do the same in my matter which they read immediately after the said case of Akobundu vs. Darlington. No they would not do this because they think I have nobody,
“The issue was raised and a letter from the Supreme Court of Nigeria in that regard was also placed before the Court. The Court still ignored this because they think I have nobody contrary to the Supreme Court position in Esenowo V. Ukpong & Anor (1999) LPELR – 1166 (SC) where the Supreme Court even held that “there is a world of difference between J.E. Esenowo and E.J. Esonowo for the purpose of registering a name in a professional register sanctioned by law”. Chai, what more when there is a difference in names in this instant case.
“Furthermore, if the Court is going to reverse/correct a certified true copy of its judgment in the Kano governor’s case citing clerical errors, the Court should also correct its mistake in my case, grant me justice and declare me winner of the February 25, 2023 House of Representatives election for Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency.God in heaven is watching”
