Babagana Umara Zulum, the governor of Borno State, has authorized the appointments of 168 assistants, chairmen, and members of the state’s boards, agencies, and commissions.
In line with the statement issued by Hon. Bukar Tijjani, the secretary to the Borno State government, the appointment consists of 81 Senior Special Assistants (SSA), 78 Special Assistants (SA), and 9 Senior Technical Assistants (STA).
He also gave his approval to the appointment of 104 people to various state boards, commissions, agencies, and commissions as chairmen and members.
The announcement stated that the appointment was made possible by the governor’s authority granted under Section 208(2)d of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, as amended, Constitution.
In the statement, the SSG stated that Governor Zulum commended the new hires and expressed excitement about their potential to advance Borno State.
