Primate Elijah Ayodele, the head of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, disclosed on Tuesday that the Labour Party will unseat the People Democratic Party (PDP) as the current governor of the South-South.
The prophet clarified that the PDP’s current leadership will continue to cause the party to have issues in a statement signed by Oluwatosin Osho, his spokesman. He also mentioned that a number of influential individuals are defecting to other parties as a result of the opposition party’s leadership crisis.
He said; ‘’A sitting governor in PDP will decamp, a prominent governor in South-South will decamp to the Labour party. The current management will put PDP in a big problem, If PDP isn’t careful, the party will become a forgotten factor in the country.’’
The prophet added that a strong individual will assume control of the party, despite the fact that the existing leadership will cause further problems.
“The management will compress the PDP, they will put the party into more crisis but I see a powerful person coming to take over the party,” he said.
Primate Ayodele also revealed the existence of a third force, describing it as a confederation of resentful All Progressives Congress, APC, and PDP members.
He issued a foreboding that the coalition would be a powerful force.
‘’However, I still see a third force that will be formed by aggrieved members of APC and PDP, it will be a strong one; both parties should prepare,’’ he added.
