October 5, 2024, has been designated by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) as the date of the state’s local government elections.
Adolphus Enebeli, the Chairman of RSIEC, announced the news on Monday during a meeting with stakeholders in Port Harcourt.
