In an interim capacity and subject to Senate approval, President Bola Tinubu has sworn in Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as the 23rd and second female Chief Justice of Nigeria, or CJN.
Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, who resigned on August 22 at the age of 70, is replaced by her.
