The Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts’ Director, Sam Amadi, has encouraged Governor Godwin Obaseki to never close his eyes ahead of the Edo State gubernatorial election.
Former state governor Adams Oshiomhole, according to Amadi, is incapable of winning without election tampering.
Strong support from Oshiomhole is being shown for Senator Monday Okpebholo, the APC’s nominee.
Thursday, Amadi claimed that the Nigerian police were the issue and advised the state’s citizens to keep a close eye on them in a post on his X Twitter.
“@inecnigeria should not be the main focus of the Edo election,” he stated. The results of INEC’s off-season elections are favorable.
“The security, especially @PoliceNG is the problem. Watch them slowly.
“@GovernorObaseki should never close his eyes. Adams can’t win without rigging.”
