The Family of Late Mr Obinna Popularly known as Okikpo of Umuajata, Olokoro in Umuahia South Local Government Area have cried out to Abia State Government, Security agencies and human right organizations to come to their rescue over the jungle Justice meted on their son for allegedly stealing Plantain.
The Vigilante group led by one Mr Okechukwu had B£aten, Flogged and allegedly used machetes on Obinna as they accused him of stealing Plantain, resulting to his untimely D£ath.
A family source who spoke to Journalists in Umuahia said the Vigilante leader one Mr Okechukwu who allegedly led the beaten of the late Obinna was neither arrested nor any action taken against him till date.
They are calling on Human Right Organizations, the Government and Security agencies to come to their aid so that Obinna can get Justice.
