There is wide jubilation in Alayi Community following the Completion of the Ancient
Agboakoli Akolifu road in Alayi , Bende Local Area by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt . Hon Benjamin Kalu
The road which is the only direct straight road from Akolifu to Amankalu and beyond all the way to Akolifu Emenyi, and at Akolifu sides, it joins Amaokwelu and passes through Amaobo, Amapu , Nde Mbada, , Amaoji , Amaoba , Nde Uche , Agboapu to Ugwueke/ Ezeukwu main road has now been fully Completed by the Deputy Speaker.
It will be recalled that about it about 1Kilometre of the road was fully done this year between February and June 2024 while the remaining part was then undergoing the construction of its drainages and waiting for the raining season to be over for it to be also fully asphalted.
A Community Leader in the area Chief Orji Ikoro in his appreciation to the Deputy Speaker for doing for the Community what looked Impossible.

“This is to say that , you can now seamlessly drive on a well tarred road from , Amaokwelu passing through the ancient Agboakoli road to Ugwueke / Ezeukwu main road right in front of Okom John Ejere’s house or from that place to Amaokwelu passing through Agboakoli to Amankalu or wherever “
