Shehu Gabam, the National Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), has alluded to the possibility that President Bola Tinubu won’t live till 2027.
According to Gabam, past presidents who had problems during the first two years in office never made it through a second term.
He said this yesterday while making an appearance on Channels Television’s Politics Today show.
Gabam recalled that resistance began in his second year, which is why former President Goodluck Jonathan failed.
As said by Gabam: “No president that was elected to serve four years and has issues in two years can survive.
“Jonathan’s opposition started within two years – he lost election.”
Gabam added that Tinubu’s cabinet ministers were incapable of advancing the president’s agenda.
According to him, Nigeria has never experienced such severe economic distress.
