Former Minority Leader of the Abia State House of Assembly and a member of the Northwest Development Commission (NWDC) representing the South East, Hon. Chukwu Chijioke, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Hagler Okorie on his well-deserved elevation to the rank of Full Professor of Law by the Governing Council of Abia State University, Uturu.
