The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been ordered by the Federal High Court in Abuja to free socialite and businesswoman Aisha Achimugu within twenty-four hours.
In a ruling on Wednesday, Justice Inyang Ekwo issued the directive.
Additionally, on May 2, 2025, the court ordered all parties to submit reports on their adherence to the order.
