The Government of Rivers State, under the leadership of His Excellency Vice Admiral (Rtd.) Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas, CFR, has announced the appointment of new members to governing councils and boards across several critical state institutions and agencies.
In a government special announcement signed by Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Ibibia Lucky Worika, the following appointments were confirmed:
A. Rivers State University Governing Council

The government stated that the newly appointed members will be officially sworn in by the Administrator of Rivers State at a date to be announced.
