‎The Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, has addressed the delay in the release of Nigeria’s ambassadorial list, attributing it to funding constraints affecting foreign embassies.

‎Speaking on a podcast, PAPShow, Bwala assured that the issue is being diligently addressed and that the list will be resolved promptly to ensure effective representation.

‎Bwala highlighted that despite public concerns, Tinubu can strategically prioritise appointments to G20 nations due to their significant economic partnerships with Nigeria.

‎This comes amid growing clamor for the release of the ambassadorial list, which has been delayed for a while.

‎He said: “Mr. President has acknowledged the delays in the ambassadorial list, primarily due to funding constraints affecting our foreign embassies, an issue I am diligently addressing.

‎”Despite the surrounding clamor, the President can strategically prioritize appointments to G20 nations, recognizing their critical economic partnerships with us.

‎”The ambassadorial list will be resolved promptly, ensuring effective representation.”
