The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that over 7.4 million Nigerians have completed online pre-registration for their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) within the first two months of the ongoing voter registration exercise.
According to data released by the Commission, Borno State currently tops the list with the highest number of registered voters, while Abia State has the lowest figure recorded so far.
