The Cranes of Uganda have arrived in Casablanca, Morocco, to begin their final round of preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
A team of seventeen players along with members of the technical crew and other officials departed Entebbe International Airport in Kampala on Sunday night aboard Qatar Airways and touched down in Casablanca on Monday morning.
Thirteen additional players are expected to join the camp later in the week.
The team will undergo an eleven day training camp in Morocco, which will include two friendly matches as part of their final build up to AFCON 2025.
Uganda is placed in Group C alongside Nigeria, Tunisia and Tanzania.
The team coached by Paul Put will begin its campaign against the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia at the Complexe Sportif de Fes on Tuesday 23 December.
