Iran on Thursday fired missiles and drones at Israel and several countries in the region, with the United Arab Emirates among those targeted by dozens of projectiles.
The Iranian Ministry of Defense disclosed in a post on X that air defence systems in the UAE intercepted 19 ballistic missiles and 26 drones launched from Iran.
According to Kuwait’s Army, at least 13 hostile drones and two cruise missiles were intercepted within the last 24 hours.
Similarly, Bahrain reported that an additional 10 drones and two missiles were neutralised as part of its daily defence operations.
The Bahrain Defence Force stated that since the start of the conflict, its air defences have intercepted 429 drones and 188 missiles.
In Qatar, the Ministry of Defense also confirmed multiple drones launched from Iran on Thursday, noting that all were successfully intercepted and neutralised.
