Following the announcement of Gen.Buhari as the President elect Federal republic of Nigeria,the Independent National Electoral commision INEC has issued a certificate of Return to the winner Gen.Buhari at the Commisions Office in Abuja.
Present at the occasion are all INEC Commisioners in all the 36 state and FCT of Nigeria.
