Hon. Promise Uzoma Okoro, Bende Local Government Deputy Chairman has described the speaker as a leader of leader and icon of democracy as the speaker marks his 51 birthday.
The deputy slated this in his birthday message to the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnya Orji.
The birthday message reads;
