A 31 years old Mr Akachi Isiocha from Umuezu Nvosi in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State has been arrested by the Police for raping an 11year old girl (name withheld) with his friend identified as Chisom Anyanwu now at large
Mr Marvellous Ochiegbu, the Abia State Coordinator of Behind Bars Human Rights Foundation who perfected the arrest told PUO REPORTS that the young girl was severally raped by the suspects.
Mr Akachi Isiocha who was arrested by the Police is a married man with two wives.
