The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has dismissed the Appeal of the Labour Party Candidate for Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency against the electoral Victory of Hon Rowland Ceaser of the PDP representing Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly .
