Hon Destiny Nwagwu who was elected to represent Aba North State Constituency in the 2023 General Election says the Judgement of the Supreme Court which upheld the election of Governor Alex Otti also validated his Victory.
Addressing newsmen on Tuesday in Aba, Hon Destiny Nwagwu said he remain the lawmaker representing Aba North State Constituency at the Abia State House Of Assembly.
He wondered why PDP is crying over the same Court of Appeal Judgment in Plateau state that sacked 11 of their members and they are here pressuring the Speaker of Abia state house of Assembly to swear in their member. That’s hypocrisy.
“Injustice anywhere is Injustice everywhere” he said.
Hon Destiny vowed to resume Legislative Sittings in few days.
