British broadcaster, Piers Morgan, has slammed Arsenal following their 3-2 Premier League defeat to Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday evening.
Arsenal lost at home after goals from Bryan Mbeumo, Patrick Dorgu and Matheus Cunha secured all three points for the Red Devils.
The result means Mikel Arteta’s side is now four points behind second-placed Manchester City in the Premier League table after 23 matches.
Reacting on social media, Morgan, a die-hard Arsenal fan, labelled the performance as their worst of the season.
“More painful than breaking a hip. Worst performance of the season,” Morgan wrote on X.
“Wake up Arsenal… since the Zubimendi disaster we’ve been a shambles,” he added in another post.
Arsenal will now face Leeds United in their next Premier League game next weekend.
