The political structure of Governor Alex Otti, Abia Arise, has continued to expand its grassroots footprint with the formal reception of Chief Abraham Nwaohamuo in Osisioma Ngwa.
Chief Nwaohamuo, the Eze-Elect of Uratta Ward 7 (Ezumezu IV of Uratta), was officially welcomed into the fold of Abia Arise, widely regarded as the leading political structure supporting the present administration in Abia State.
Receiving him on behalf of the structure, the Lawmaker representing Osisioma Ngwa South State Constituency, Fyne Ahuama, described his decision to join Abia Arise as timely and strategic. He noted that the movement continues to attract credible leaders and stakeholders who are committed to consolidating the developmental strides of the Otti-led government.
Also speaking, the State Coordinator of Abia Arise, Nkem Okoro, commended Chief Nwaohamuo for what he termed a bold and progressive step. He assured him of the full backing of the Abia Arise family as he works in alignment with the policies and vision of Governor Otti’s administration.
Observers note that the growing influx of influential figures into Abia Arise signals sustained political realignment across local government areas, particularly in Osisioma Ngwa, as preparations gradually intensify toward future political engagements in the state.
