The founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has claimed that President Bola Tinubu is operating under a spiritual spell that is affecting his ability to accept sound advice.
Speaking during a church service on Sunday, the cleric alleged that the President’s judgment has been spiritually influenced, causing him to reject sincere counsel and distance himself from well meaning individuals.
According to Ayodele, Tinubu’s eyes have been spiritually covered, making it difficult for him to recognise and act on genuine advice.
The cleric also expressed concern about those surrounding the President, alleging that trusted advisers with the nation’s interests at heart are being pushed aside by individuals who do not genuinely seek his success.
He warned that the President’s refusal to listen to constructive advice could have serious consequences.
Addressing the congregation, Ayodele said that even when Tinubu is advised to take the right course of action, he allegedly rejects such counsel because of the spiritual influence he claimed is affecting him.
He further alleged that anyone who points out what he considers to be the right path is likely to face rejection from the President.
Ayodele’s comments are presented as a personal prophetic claim and have not been supported by independent evidence. Neither the Presidency nor President Tinubu has responded to the remarks.
