Justice Peter Afen of an FCT High Court has Ordered the Inspector General Of Police Mr Ibrahim Idris to serve Court Documents on a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka.
The Police In a 4-count charge, with No CR/46/16, which was filed at the Abuja High Court, Rev Paul Emeka is being accused of forging a professorial certificate as well as engaging in violent conduct during a meeting by pastors of Assemblies Of God Nigeria at Assemblies Of God Church Wuse Abuja in 2014.
At the First Sitting of the Court in the case,Rev Paul Emeka was not in Court because the Police were yet to serve him the Court Documents.
The Judge Ordered the Police to ensure they Serve Rev Paul Emeka the Court Papers and come for a date of his arraignment.
