The General Council Leadership made a brief stop over at Assemblies Of God Divinity School of Nigeria Old Umuahia while going for the burial of Late Rev Dr Franklyn Ukomah
The High Powered Entourage was led by the General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor and has the Assistant General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Pst Ejikeme Ejim, General Secretary Rev Dr Godwin Amaowoh, and Members of the Executive Committee.
Speaking during the visit, the General Superintendent Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor said
“We bless the name of the Lord for this opportunity to gather and to come to AGDSN, am pretty sure you didn’t know we are coming, it’s good to make visit time to time”
The Devotional Sermon was brought by the General Secretary Rev Dr Godwin Amaowoh who spoke from Jeremiah 6:60 on the Topic “Let us Return to the Ancient Part” urged the Congregation to ask for the ancient part to avoid mistake.
In his Speech The General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor said no Organization jokes nor ignore her Educational Sector.
“Bible School is a Place where people are expected to come under the tutelage of great Professors, they will drop what ever they came home with”
“God forbids that Assemblies Of God Nigeria will come to a point where they will have Theological Summersault”
“Man is a Product of nature and nurture, and here is the beginning of our Ministerial Nurturship”
